I work with adults of all ages who come to therapy for many different reasons-from anxiety and depression, to relationship concerns, to the stresses of major life transitions. In my practice I strive to create an environment of safety, compassion, respect, and curiosity. I collaborate with my clients to help them bring clarity to their concerns, understand themselves better, and work toward positive change in their lives.
