I've been working as a therapist for people suffering from Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, bereavement, trauma issues, and addictions for over 30 years. I've also done much couples counseling and family counseling. In 2015 I obtained 50 hours training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), now considered the gold standard for treating people with life traumas as well as anxieties (Certified 2022). I've seen great results in faster time on these & other issues since.
