LOVE YOURSELF MORE!!!!!!! To me that is the key to better living! If every word and action was based on that principle our lives would run great!! I am a Christian therapist who works mostly with couples issues, adolescents and individual growth. I strive to give tools to deal with conflict, communication, parenting and anger. I started my practice dealing with children, but now most of my work is helping adolescents and adults with all kinds of relational issues. I have been married thirty two years and have five children ages twenty-three to thirteen .
