I individualize my approach to meet the needs and goals of each client. I have experience and am honored to work with individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, posttraumatic stress, self-injury, suicidal ideation, gender and sexuality issues, phase of life issues, religious trauma, transitional stress, phobias, addictions, and personality disorders. I have specific interest and expertise in treating and resolving complex childhood trauma and the related symptoms of dissociation, flashbacks, nightmares, and hypervigilance.
