My name is John Machikawa. I am a LCSW from the state of California. I work with individuals with depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and addiction. I focus on the following treatment modalities including motivation interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, psychoeducation, psychodynamic, and Rogerian. I focus on clients that are looking for safe space to process their thoughts and feeling. I start wherever the client is at and focus on their individual needs and goals.
