Sometimes life feels overwhelming, past experiences hold us back, or anxiety and intrusive thoughts make even daily tasks feel unmanageable. I work with individuals who are interested in understanding their mental health, improving mind-body awareness, and taking an active role in their care. My goal is to help you move toward your ideal mental health so you can return to your life feeling capable, grounded, and confident in your coping skills and support system. My clinical expertise includes anxiety, trauma, grief, suicide, addiction, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). I'm trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and newly trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD. I'm passionate about helping clients work through trauma, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts while building a stronger understanding of how mental health connects to the body.
