Welcome! I’m a therapist driven by a personal mission to help people live their fullest, most vibrant lives. For years, I struggled with panic attacks and past trauma that kept me from pursuing the things I longed to do. I know firsthand how stress, anxiety, depression, and unresolved pain can dim our quality of life and I’m passionate about guiding others to break free from those barriers and reach their true potential. My journey into counseling began with this desire to empower people to overcome what holds them back.
