From teens to older adults, I am grateful to get to know the inner lives of individuals as we work towards identifying stuck points and building a sense of empowerment to feel less burdened and more free. I have worked with many clients who are experiencing challenges in adjusting to a change or life transition (ie: grief/loss) or from experiencing the world through a different lense (ie: easily overstimulated). I also have experience in working with people with a history of adverse life experiences which may continue to impact them. I am interested in the mind-body connection and how to help them work well together.
