I specialize in working with resolving depressive and anxious symptoms related to trauma. We will work together to find resolution to the pain and allow you to lead a more fulfilling and healthy life. I understand that the effects of trauma can interfere with all aspects of our lives. We will work together to allow you to feel more capable of managing life's stressors and develop healthier relationships. I also work with couples on healing unhealthy and painful relationship patterns. In couples work, we will develop tools to learn how to resolve conflict and increase safety in the relationship.
