Hello! My practice is focused on the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder, chronic depression, and substance use issues. Many of my clients have experienced feelings of isolation, mood instability, sudden anger, strong anxiety, and recurring relationship issues. Many have some prior experiences with psychotherapy, but don't feel like they got what they were looking for last time around. All want to experience the feeling of being safely and securely connected to those around them, and of being in control of their lives.
