I don’t see my role as ‘fixing’ you, but as helping you reconnect with your own basic goodness and inherent wisdom. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where we work together on the goals that matter most to you—whether that’s easing anxiety or depression, navigating life changes, or shifting painful patterns. I trust your lived experience, and my job is to support your healing by accessing the clarity and wellbeing already within you. My work is rooted in contemplative psychotherapy, which helps regulate your nervous system by exploring emotions and their associated physical sensations. This gentle, effective approach grants insight, self-compassion and resilience in the face of life’s struggles, whether they stem from trauma, grief, relationship issues or other painful experiences.
