My mission, in this profession, is to assist people in living more satisfying, authentic lives as individuals and in their relationships. The objective of therapy is to aid people in coming to terms with the issues that are inhibiting their growth, whether those be external influences or self-sabotaging. The goal, in individual therapy, is self-acceptance, more personal power, and simply, a more positive, happy life with a diminishment of anxiety and an increase in self-definition.
