The many distractions and challenges of our contemporary culture tear at the fabric of our families and marriages. Those outer conflicts often lead to internal dissonance . There is a need for a re-set. We have been moving through life without much self-examination and it works until it doesn't. Counseling can be that re-set, where we get new perspectives and find new tools to recover our intended path.
