If your body reacts before you can think — if you feel tense, keyed up, shut down, or emotionally flooded even when you “know better” — you’re not imagining it. Your nervous system learned these reactions long ago, and it may simply be doing its best to protect you. I help adults calm and retrain their nervous systems so they can feel steadier, clearer, and more at ease in daily life. This work is especially helpful when emotional or physical reactions persist despite insight, effort, or past therapy — when the body reacts before the mind has a chance to catch up.
