You sit on your bed – heart pounding, face flushed, muscles tensed–still seething after the fight you just had with your partner. “This is it,” you tell yourself. “I can’t take anymore.” The arguments are becoming more frequent and hostile by the day. You remember when you loved being together. It’s painful and embarrassing to realize how fractured this once seemingly-unbreakable bond has become.
