Hello, I’m John Rego, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I’ve been practicing for twenty years in a variety of settings including private practice, managed care, and healthcare. My areas of specialty include Grief/ Bereavement, Faith Based Counseling, Men’s Mental Health, and Leadership/ Business consulting. I look forward to meeting with you and guiding you back on your path to wellness. I primarily use a solution-focused and strengths-based approach, however also incorporate CBT, DBT, and Narrative therapy models as well.
