Clients between the ages of 6 to 26 and their families. My specialties include skill building to support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional regulation, bullying, relationship issues, and other mental health symptoms. I love working with children of blended families, those going through divorce, and individuals who have experienced loss. I have found success building rapport by incorporating elements of pop culture, video games, board games, Legos, & movies. I utilize various expressive art modalities to help them express themselves. I believe there is no “One size fits all” with treatment. As a kid, I faced academic challenges, bullying, disjointed family & divorce. I've worked in Full and partial hospitalization, In-home therapy, & Outpatient therapy. My goal is to give back to others applying what I learned in the Marines & Graduate School to help people overcome the hurdles that life throws at them and give them a second chance.
