It is my belief that all of us have an innate propensity for growth and self-discovery. Unfortunately, when we undergo harmful experiences that leave us with deep inner wounds, our movement towards growth can be slowed or even derailed. Nevertheless, we can heal from these wounds. We can actively and consciously take up our journey of development; and like a flower provided with rich soil, water, and sunlight, we too can blossom and flourish. Initiating psychotherapy is a courageous act and it is no easy task to expose one’s vulnerabilities and unspoken suffering. Therefore, I am committed to fostering a space that is free of judgement, treats all clients with the dignity and respect they deserve, and honors their courage to reveal their suffering.
