I am a psychologist, father, husband, poet, scientist, and lover of the truth of how difficult it can be to navigate adulthood at any age. I strongly believe that too few clients know what makes a therapist effective enough to make a meaningful difference. I value humble, poignant, and open interpersonal connections with clients, above all else. I am a directive therapist who understands both sides of the couch and gives 100% to each individual.I am a trained scholar in behavioral heath, and I have specialties in depression, anxiety, OCD and child loss. I meld CBT, mindfulness and the tenets of Zen-Buddhism.
