Welcome! I am a doctoral level licensed mental health counselor with over 10 years of experience working as a therapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, addiction issues and ADHD. I have also helped many people who have felt lost and wanted to better understand themselves. My counseling style is warm and interactive. I want to help people be the best versions of themselves and believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels.
