As a Certified Pastoral Counselor, Addiction Recovery Specialist, and Licensed Ordained Minister, I help individuals, couples, and families navigate addiction, trauma, and unwanted behavior with both clinical precision and pastoral care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), narrative therapy, attachment theory, and trauma-informed care to help clients better understand themselves and their relationships. My work is rooted in the belief that spiritual health is the foundation for whole-person restoration.
