John Swift is a licensed mental health counselor in Delaware. John is trained in EMDR and is currently certified in Veteran Behavior health, cognitive behavior therapy, Trauma Focused CBT, dream therapy and trauma. Prior to being a therapist, John was in education working with students with special needs in grades 5-12. He later became a special education coordinator working closely with parents and teachers. John currently works with middle school, high school kids, as well as adults. His main focus is trauma and anxiety. When not doing therapy he enjoys playing the piano, reading, and traveling with his wife and two children.
