Does anxiety, overwhelm, or fear of the unknown keep pulling you out of the present? Maybe your coping strategies leave you exhausted, and you wonder if real change is possible. I work with thoughtful, motivated adults and parents who want to meet life with clarity, steadiness, and direction. Specializing in anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, insomnia, and BFRBs (like hair pulling), I use evidence-based tools including ACT, CBT, ERP, CPT, and hypnosis. Together, we’ll build skills and emotional resilience so you can stop battling your brain and start living in a grounded, values-guided way. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and attuned to your nervous system. We’ll explore how your body and brain protect you, sometimes in ways that now hold you back and practice new ways of responding. Through mindfulness, metaphor, and a balance of science and soul, we’ll gently shift patterns. When it fits, exposure or hypnosis may support the work.
