I am a doctoral-trained therapist who integrates evidence-based clinical practices in ways that can meet your unique needs/challenges. For instance, I will utilize your strengths, resources and culture in order to explore problems from multiple vantage points. And, I will develop a treatment plan that incorporates co-existing issues. Whether you are experiencing family problems, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges or another issue, I will facilitate conversations where solutions to the problem become more accessible and visible: I believe my clients have the capacity and agency to take actions that are right for them. These are times of uncertainty and challenges for many people. Each person, relationship and family is impacted differently. I am trained to work with individuals, couples, children and families; hence, I am prepared to offer you or your family comprehensive and holistic recommendations.
