I enjoy helping people who feel stuck in a certain area of their lives to find hope, get free and then find new patterns of living that allow their lives to function well and even to thrive. I have experienced the blessing of therapy in my own life and by God’s grace have been married for over 33 years, have raised 4 children, and have overcome a variety of personal and family crises. I know that people want to live meaningful and productive lives and when problems arise in their personal lives and relationships, it really helps to have someone come alongside of you, listen to you, and explore solutions to those problems together.
