I offer same day appointments and crisis counseling in the evenings and weekends. Hello. I am a licensed mental health therapist and alcohol and drug counselor specializing in treating individuals facing severe mental illness, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. I also offer couples therapy to help partners navigate challenges and foster stronger relationships. My innovative approach includes incorporating creative methods, such as junk journaling and art, to enhance self-expression and healing. It’s important to note that participation in art activities is entirely optional; many clients choose not to engage in artistic elements.
