Depression, anxiety, and adjusting to major changes in life are my areas of focus. My ideal client is a person who is ready for change. They are seeking a healthier way to live life or they are looking for a confidential space to process entrenched issues that will not go away. They are tired of the problems that come from unhelpful thoughts, feelings, or behaviors. They are worn down by thoughts like "not good enough" or "you don't deserve good things" or "you don't deserve to exist". Religious deconditioning, addiction, and existential issues are also topics I can help with.
