For more than 20 years, I’ve walked alongside people as they navigate some of life’s most difficult seasons. I know how overwhelming it can feel when trauma, grief, anxiety, or depression take over. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can begin to heal and move forward. I encourage clients to tell me if something I suggest does not work for them, and then we adjust therapy for you. I'm trained in achieving measureable results in therapy, using baseline measurements of where you are at the start of treatment and then re-measure to gauge your progress. I always share the meaurement results with you.
