I am a master-level therapist who has over 20 years of experience working with individuals who struggle with maintaining optimal and balanced mental health. Mental well- being is at the heart of the work that I do. I believe that at some point in time we experience trauma or severe life stressors which can seriously impair our daily functionality. These experiences, although emotional in nature, have the propensity to negatively impact both emotional health and physical health. My passion is bringing understanding as well as healing to counteract the harmful effects of traumatic/stressful encounters which impact us.
