Hello, I'm Johnnie Aldridge, a licensed clinical social worker with a master’s in social work and gerontology from Loma Linda University. With extensive experience in behavioral healthcare as both a mental health clinician and county medical social worker. Drawing from therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Narrative Therapy, I tailor my approach to meet the unique needs of each client.
