My ideal clients are young adults and adults who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or stuck at a crossroads in life. Many are navigating depression, anxiety, identity-related stress, grief, or major life transitions. I especially support LGBTQ+ individuals and people living with HIV who want a space where they can show up fully—without judgment, pressure, or the need to explain who they are. My clients want clarity, emotional stability, and the confidence to rebuild their lives in a way that honors who they truly are. They often come to me feeling weighed down by expectations, trauma, or long-standing patterns that no longer serve them.
