As a first generation Queer Quechua-Peruvian immigrant, I can relate to the unique experiences individuals have and what this can bring on top of life’s challenges as well as mental health conditions. My therapeutic training has been key in aiding various communities. In turn, my personal experiences have served as one source from where I draw empathy. This includes and is not limited to immigrants, children of immigrants, BIPOC, racialized folks, etc. I help my clients by aiding their process in developing skills to navigate life through a holistic focus on their wellbeing.
