I have experience working with clients from various backgrounds and with various mental health needs. I provide evidence-based therapeutic practices in sessions to assist clients with reaching their therapy goals. Therapy goals are established collaboratively. Clients who suffer from depression, anxiety, women's issues, racial issues, job stress, daily stressors, life transitions, trauma, LGBTQIA+, etc. are clients who I have had the benefit to work with over the past several years.
