I graduated from SUNY University at Buffalo School of Social Work and since then, I have worked with clients with various mental health afflictions in long-term and short-term therapy. I have experience working with clients in group & individual settings. I use Existential & Jungian perspectives to serve my clients. In trauma work, I use the Moral Injury Model, Schema Therapy approach as well as Post-Traumatic Growth Model. I see humor, laughter, poetry…and silence as quite effective therapeutic modalities, too!
