I am a Board-Certified Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC-BC) and a member of the Illinois Association of Adult Development and Aging (IAADA). I also served as the former program development chair for IAADA. With over 6 years of experience, I have worked with adults and seniors facing various challenges such as grief, anxiety, self-esteem concerns, depression, impulse control, trauma, and difficulties in effective communication and boundaries.
