Healing Talk Therapy for overwhelmed, high-functioning moms navigating burnout, anxiety, and late-diagnosed ADHD. I also specialize in working with other therapists. I’m a licensed psychotherapist in Illinois: I work with over-functioning moms who are ready to slow down, regulate their nervous system, and reconnect with who they are beyond productivity and expectations. Therapy with me is supportive, grounded, and deeply human. This is a space where you don’t have to hold it all together — and where real, sustainable change can be grounded in real-life motherhood.
