Dr. Jolene Arasz is an adolescent and family licensed psychologist with extensive experience working with adolescents, adults and families. Author of the book, Why On Earth Do I Feel This Way: Understanding anxiety and mental health through control theory, Dr. Arasz incorporates her own theory with a neuropsychological perspective to educate and treat her clients' array of mental health issues. Dr. Arasz consults with schools, providing mental health education to students (K-college), teachers and parents.
