I believe that everyone needs a non-judgmental, trusting, and authentic individual to help facilitate growth, and I feel honored to be a companion in someone’s journey towards growth, self-love, and increasing self-confidence. For each of my clients, I want to offer a safe space to share personal feelings, memories, thoughts, and other vulnerabilities to the extent they are willing to share. My goal is to understand each person's unique experiences and work collaboratively to create and work towards goals that best fit each person’s needs.
