My primary focus is to guide others through change, whether unavoidable or chosen. I have a wealth of experience with ADHD, autism spectrum, anxiety, depression, trauma and grief. The goal is to propel you on a path to a far better place. A place with increased personal control and direction. I encourage a direct and focused path to help people learn and apply lifelong skills to address learning issues, issues and mood issues.
