It’s tough to feel okay when you’re not sure where you belong, what you’re feeling, or how to deal with it all. If your kid or teen feels overwhelmed by school, social drama, family stuff, or figuring out who they are, they’re not alone, and you don’t have to face it alone. I work with kids and young adults dealing with anxiety, anger, social struggles, family conflict, low self-esteem, and life changes. Every kid needs something that makes them feel good about themselves, and having someone outside the family to talk to can make all the difference. I aim to build skills and face challenges together to make life more manageable.
