Sometimes people feel unable to move on from things that have happened in their life, stuck in their moods, jobs, or unfulfilling relationships. I work from a primarily psychodynamic point of view to help clients better understand what might be getting in the way of living the life they want. I will value working collaboratively with you to facilitate the healing process. I have extensive experience working with college aged individuals, adults, and seniors with short and long term interventions.
