My ideal client is ready to tackle the hard obstacles in their life. I specialize in trauma work, and want to help individuals to change their internal narrative and be empowered to take control of their life. For family and couples work, communication becomes a key component of the work, and working to create shared goals as well. I love being able to help clients with high levels of anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. I also have several years of experience working with adolescents with high functioning autism.
