We use your joyful experiences, your best skills, your quirks, and your deepest motivations to help you overcome the challenges you face now. It's simple, positive, and fast. You don't have to learn any new jargon. We won't dwell too long on what you think might be wrong with you. Quite the opposite. I'm more interested in learning what you were doing in the moments you believed there was something right with you. That's the target. If you fit that description, you may not have had positive results with counselors in the past. Sometimes people just need an ally with an action and future-oriented approach who respects the way you think and solve problems.
