About
I am a therapist who specializes in working with adolescents, adults and their families. My goal is to work with you to to help you turn your areas of difficulties into growth and change. I will help you identify and clarify your goals in a supportive and direct manner. I work in a family systems based model to help the entire family heal. My hope within therapy is to have each person become their own "caretaker" in order to best improve their family system. I am a "Level 1" trained Internal Family Systems Therapist.
