I'm not sure I would identify an "ideal client" as I try very hard to meet clients where they are at. I tend to lean more toward rational processing such that any client who is curious about why you think, feel and behave the way you do and is motivated to figure out how to more consistently think, feel and behave in ways that you feel good about are clients I enjoy working with. This tends to relate to how we treat ourselves and others while reflecting an over arching goal of feeling happy, fulfilled and content. Which I happen to view as achievable!
