I approach my work with authenticity, compassion, and a strong conviction in the therapeutic relationship's power to help couples navigate challenges and foster personal growth together. I want to create a space where clients feel heard and understood. I was drawn to counseling because of my own early experiences—growing up in an environment where emotions were often buried or dismissed. I have special interests working with individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, addiction, and eating disorders.
