I am a LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) stranger and counseling for me is all about the relationship between the client or clients and counselor. The relationship must include respecting the client and creating bond that is meaningful and impactful. I am here to help on a variety of mental health issues (anxiety, depression, anger, trauma, grief, social anxiety, eating disorders, and career counseling). I specialize in telehealth counseling, and I use an integrative therapeutic approach that incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, positive psychology, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness. I have worked in the mental health field for over 15 years with children, young adults, middle-aged adults, older adults.
