Many people come to therapy feeling numb, disconnected, or stuck—functioning on the outside while something essential feels missing inside. I work with adults, particularly men, whose struggles often trace back to early attachment wounds and complex trauma. My approach is relational and trauma-informed, focused on understanding how old patterns replay in the present and within the therapy relationship itself. Through careful, respectful exploration, therapy becomes a place to reconnect with yourself and experience real, lasting change.
