I have experience and training in working with individuals as well as married and non-married couples on a wide variety of relational concerns such as: general marital, pre-marital and post-marital issues; conflict resolution, sexual health, relationship abuse, dating problems, etc. I am also very open and excited to work with individuals who are confronting faith crisis/transition, sexual concerns, traumatic life experience, leadership concerns, as well as many other common mental health struggles. Additionally, I have a special and personal interest in helping first-responders with any issues they may be facing. I seek to help and support individuals in finding the best version of themselves in their personal lives and their relationships. By helping others to connect with who they are and ultimately where they want to end up I hope to foster improvement in a variety of challenging areas.
