We are not meant to live life wondering what we forgot to do today and worrying about forgetting what we forgot. Wait…did I forget something there too? I became a therapist because I have struggled with Anxiety and ADHD most of my life. I wanted to learn how to help myself and others who share in these struggles. The good news is that there is help for us who struggle with these two issues. I have been trained in many different therapies that can help with multiple mental disorders. Luckily enough, ADHD and anxiety are included in these.
